I can’t quite believe I have never done a post on this before, dancing! I like dancing because you can dance alone in your room, you can do the tango with someone you’re in love with and you can dance around your handbags with your best friends. It makes people smile and releases crazy happy hormones so take some inspiration and get dancing!

I am in love with poppy red, a feminine, sexy and yet innocent colour. Seen on the Burberry AW13 show, as well as the Jonathan Saunders SS13 show. MAC’s “Apres Chic” beauty range is all over it as is Anna Karina in Pierrot le Fou ( and who would not want to look like her? )

It’s been a while since I have felt truly inspired by movies, so I have taken some time to create a post on female friendship on film (and TV). So here it is, kick back and enjoy stills from the likes of Mystic Pizza, Virgin Suicides, Girls, Heathers and Gone with the Wind (a personal favourite) to name but a few. 

Getting ahead of myself here, but Burberry Prorsum AW13 show reminded me how cool leopard print can be. Love the stuff, very sexy very feminine and very chic. Off to buy some tonight I think!

Some of the girls We Cast London cast for shows this season at London Fashion Week- J. JS Lee, Phoebe English and Heowhan Simulation. Had the best time! Thanks to all the beautiful girls, their agents and of course the We Cast Charlie’s Angels. 

Shells: This year seen at Balmain and Mulberry’s campaign for Spring / Summer. And who can forget last years Chanel bag? Or Versace’s print? They have also appeared countless times in Tim Walker’s mega production shoots. Je t’aime oh humble shell.
